Important 0845 Changes - PLEASE READ

IMPORTANT 0845 CHANGES
- PLEASE READ IN FULL -

From December 1st 2011 there will be charges implemented to 0845 users.
Due to changes enforced by OfCom and BT there will be an account charge for 0845 users. The below changes will apply from December onwards.


What Will I Have To Pay?
Your charges will vary depending on your usage outlined in the chart below.

Our rates still remain the most competitive in the market place.
For the services we provide to you, BT would charge you £10 per month for each 0845 number with an additional incoming call charge of 3.48p per minute, for a minimum 12 month contract period.


Why Are These Changes Happening?
BT have made changes to numbers over the past few years, particularly to the re-pricing of 0870, the rebranding of 0871 as Premium Rate Service and further changes to the pricing of 0845. Unfortunately we have no control over the changes that BT make and we therefore have to change the way we bill you.

How Will I Be Billed?

Your monthly billing will be taken at the beginning of the month by credit or debit card and the appropriate invoice will be emailed to you for the amount taken.

Alternatively you can pay for the full year in advance by BACS, cheque or credit/debit card.
From £120 +vat which includes 12,000 inbound minutes, anything in excess of the 12,000 minutes will be billed to you in addition using the pricing structure above.

Are There Any Alternatives?
YES. You can alternatively switch to an 0844 number(s).
With 0844 you pay NO monthly charge and we will provide you with the same quantity of 0844 numbers at no extra cost.
We can also provide you with a recorded message on your 0845 notifying callers that your number has changed for one month free of charge. After this there will be a charge.

What Do I Need To Do?
You have until December 1st 2011 to decide how you wish to proceed.

  • If you would like to change to an 0844 number…
    We would suggest you do this as soon as possible, leaving this to the last minute may incur additional charges.

 

  • If you wish to continue with your 0845…
    You will need to provide a credit/debit card for your account for your monthly payments or pay the 12 months charge up front.

 

It is a matter of importance that you make the necessary choice as soon as possible.
If we have not heard from you by December 1st 2011 your 0845 numbers may be disconnected.
