Call Queuing

If you have high call volumes during office hours then Call Queuing is for you. Your caller is greeted with a welcome message and if all your lines are engaged they will be informed that they are in a queue to be answered. Various messages will be intermittently played to your caller:

e.g. "Thank you for holding, we will be with you shortly. Did you know we are currently offering a 15% discount when you buy 2 new products, ask us for more details today"

A choice of music will be played in between messages (classical, easy-listening, pop or light rock) and then the call is connected once a line becomes available.
